An award-winning music video director, filmmaker and cinematographer, who has worked with big names in the entertainment industry.
According to multiple reports, the popular video vixen known on social media as LD (Love Divine) or Picture Kodak, has passed on. It was gathered that Kodak died at the home of popular videographer, Clarence Peters, in the evening of April 29, 2020. She was reportedly electrocuted while charging her phone. The dancer is said to have been rushed to a hospital within Omole estate where she was pronounced dead.
The tragedy was said to have occurred at a video director’s home in Omole Estate, Lagos.
Before her demise, the choreographer, better known as Love Divine, has worked with top musicians including the likes of Olamide, Burna Boy, Wizkid.
Quite a number of Nigerians, including celebrities, have taken to social media to pay tributes as words of her death spreads.
Olamide took to his Instagram to share a picture of the dancer alongside himself while asking her to “rest up.”
Also popular dancer, Poco Lee also wrote: “We lost A Legend in the Dance Industry & Nigeria at large….Forever in our Hearts #restinpeacepicturekodak”.
Blaqbonez expressing shock at the sad news tweeted: “the vixen in the Haba Video, ‘picture Kodak’ just died, it hurts so much cos we became close after, I don’t know how to handle my emotions”.
At the moment, Kodak’s management Westsyde Lifestyle is yet to release an official statement.
